This was started as a way to share my favorite recipes with my friends and family. I have a husband who loves to cook and I love to eat, we try to healthy up all the recipes we make. This is a collection of our favorites, healthy enough for me to like, tasty enough for him to like… Enjoy!

I don’t follow any sort of vegan, vegetarian, paleo, pescatarian, gluten-free, or raw diet. I eat meat, dairy, cheese, carbs, pasta, venison, lamb, coffee, bread, and I prefer my food to be food, not a blended up beverage I have to slurp through a straw. Yay to being at the top of the food chain!
