Curry Crab Burgers with Guacamole

I’m not always a burger girl, but love this recipe. Easy to make and a nice change from the standard burger, plus it’s from Runner’s World so I know it’s a well planned, healthy recipe
Curry Crab Cake recipe
1 pound crabmeat
3/4 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup whole-wheat panko bread crumbs
1 large egg
3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped chives
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Mix together 1 pound crabmeat, 3/4 cup corn kernels, 1/2 cup whole-wheat panko bread crumbs, 1 large egg, 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons chopped chives, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Form into 4 patties and grill 5 minutes per side. Serve burgers topped with guacamole.
